Registration Process


Before filling up the form, please go through the advertisement & keep the following scanned files available with you:

       a. Scanned copy of your passport size colour photograph: Recent Passport size colour photograph with light background (preferably white) without any            obstacle covering/obstructing the face and eyes.
       b. Scanned copy of your signature: Candidate's signature should be on a plain white paper with black ink. The signature should not be digitalized. It            should be your own signature on white paper with black pen.
       c. A scanned copy of the relevant Certificate/Document for Exemption of Application Fee.
       d. While scanning, make sure that all the scanned files should be in jpg format with 200 dpi. Size of file should not exceed 450 kb.

The Following are the steps to confirm your Registration Process:

       1. Registration Form
       2. Upload Photo and Sign
       3. Confirmation
       4. Make Payment (Except SC, ST, Ex-serviceman, PwD(PH) and Women candidates)
       5. Print Application Form

Registration Form

       a. In the Registration tab please click on the Post Watchman to fill up the Registration Form.
       b. The tab marked with '*' is mandatory information.
       c. Fill up all your personal details.
       d. Please enter the valid Mobile No and Email id.
       e. Essential Qualification: 8th Standard Pass
       f. Please fill up the right Security Check number shown to you in the image.

Please save the details after filling up of the form. If all the above details you have filled are correct with the required criteria, then the form will be saved. Once the form is saved, you will get the ‘Registration number’ and ‘Password’. Please note down your Registration number and Password as you will need it in future. Next step is uploading of required documents. You can edit the form until the form is not submitted.

Upload the Required Documents

       a. Scanned copy of your passport size colour photograph: Recent Passport size colour photograph with light background (preferably white) without any            obstacle covering/obstructing the face and eyes.
       b. Scanned copy of your signature: Candidate's signature should be on a plain white paper with black ink. The signature should not be digitalized. It            should be your own signature on white paper with black pen.
       c. A scanned copy of the relevant Certificate/Document for Exemption of Application Fee.

Confirmation

       a. Your Next activity is 'Confirmation' of the Registration form. Please go through all the mentioned details on your Application Form one more time before            confirmation. Once you accept it and press the 'confirm' button you will not be able to edit/change the Registration form details.

Make Payment (Except SC, ST, Ex-serviceman, PwD(PH) and Women candidates)

Once your Qualification is confirmed, you have two options to make the payment:
       1. Online Payment Gateway
       2. SBI Bank Challan

1. Online Payment Gateway
       a. Fill application form, upload photo and sign and then confirm
       b. Choose ‘Pay Online’
       c. Verify that your fees are reflected correctly i.e. Rs. 300 + At actual online charges
       d. If fees are correct choose ‘Pay Now’
       e. This option will take you to payment gateway and you will have option to choose between credit card, debit card and net banking. Choose option that is            convenient to you and complete the payment procedure.
       f. After the payment is made successfully, you will receive online payment receipt. Please print that receipt and keep the hard copy for your records. You            will need to submit this at the time of interview/document verification. You can choose to print this receipt later if you want to.
       g. Print your application form by clicking on 'Print Confirmation Page'

2. SBI Bank Challan
       a. Fill application form, upload photo and sign and then confirm
       b. Choose ‘Challan Print’
       c. Verify that your fees are reflected correctly i.e. Rs. 300 + Bank charge Rs. 50
       d. If fees are correct choose ‘Challan Print’
       e. This option will take you to printing of Challan. Please verify the details reflected on the challan before printing it. Once you print the challan, you can            pay the amount at any nearby SBI Branch.
       g. Once you have paid the fees at the bank, you can print the application form from next day 2:00 pm onwards.
       h. Print your application form by clicking on 'Print Confirmation Page'
